With over three decades in the construction industry, Collin is a seasoned expert. He began his career in his family business, gaining invaluable hands-on experience for 17 years in the lumber yard, truss plant, and door shop. This solid foundation propelled him to MiTek Industries, where he trained professionals on advanced design software for floor and roof trusses for two years. Most recently, Collin served as General Manager for a tract home builder in Cheyenne for 11 years, overseeing all construction aspects and honing his leadership skills while managing diverse projects.
